When will my order arrive?

The arrival time of your order will depend on the shipping method chosen and destination. 

1. Standard Shipping: Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
2. Express Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days. 

Additionally, please note our order processing time is 3-5 business days after your payment.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours to provide a reason, and our sales manager will process the cancellation once approved. Once shipped, orders are non-cancellable.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a return policy. All returned products must remain in their original condition, unwashed, in original packaging with all original tags. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for all underwear and stockings products. 

We cover shipping cost for product quality issues; customers are responsible for shipping charges or any other incurred charges for other reasons such as color, size, and preference, etc. Please contact us before returning any items, as we do not accept uninformed return requests.
