    We are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality in both our products and services. Each item undergoes meticulous inspection and careful packaging before shipment to guarantee your satisfaction.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
    • Please contact us promptly at enquiries@mydzire.com or via contact page to explain your reason for cancellation.
    • Our sales manager will process your cancellation request within 24 hours.
    • All orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

    Return Policy:

    Defective Items: We apologize if your item arrives defective. Rest assured, we take these incidents seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly with your cooperation.

    • Notify us of any defects within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Please provide photos of the defective item(s) via email for review by our technical team.
    • Upon confirmation, all defective items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. As a gesture of appreciation for your understanding, we will offer additional discounts on future orders based on your feedback.

    Refund Policy:

    • For PayPal Payments: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days.
    • Credit Card or Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 3-15 days or longer, depending on your bank’s processing time for international transactions. 

    Important Information:

    • All returned or refunded products must be unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
    • We do not accept returns on worn or damaged lingerie (from any collection).
    • Opened packs of hoisery are non-returnable/non-refundable.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used or damaged harness lingerie, underwear and accessories products due to hygiene reasons.
    • We only cover shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns due to color, size, and preference changes.
    • Please include the provided return paperwork to ensure timely processing.
    • Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined.
    • Please contact us before initiating any returns. Unnotified returns will not be accepted.
